Lakeview Office Center has five stories with a five story open atrium just off the lobby.  This atrium really creates a more open feeling to all the tenants are their respective floors.  The building is served by two passenger elevators that double as freight elevators.  As of 2008 the elevators have been completely replaced.  They now offer quicker response times giving our tenants the added convenience of efficient elevators.  During 2008 we plan to remodel all restrooms to bring an added comfort to our tenants.  New building vending will be located on the first floor with a café style feel.  Tenants also have the added convenience of a common building conference room located on the second floor.
