North County Square is a 76,466 square foot shopping center located just south of Interstate 270 on West Florissant Road, in Ferguson, Missouri with nearly 40,000 vehicles per day on West Florissant and nearly 120,000 vehicles per day on I-270. North County Squarewas a former Builder’s Square hardware store. Otis & Clark Properties redeveloped the site to bring Ferguson a new great looking shopping center.
This shopping center has one point of ingress and egress via a Somerset Terrace, near the lighted intersection of West Florissant and Somerset Terrace. North County Square sites directly across the street from Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club. This exposure to one of the nation’s largest discount super stores provides a steady stream of customers who regularly drive by North County Square. Within a three mile radius North County Square Shopping Center benefits from over 111,000 people with an average household income of nearly $60,000 per year. North County Square is anchored by Dollar Tree, one the country’s top dollar stores. Many of our other tenants include clothing stores, financial and insurance companies, a pizza shop, and US Cellular. This US Cellular is one of the top stores in the region based on sales. Most recently, Bank of America chose North County Square as the location for a new ATM and All State Insurance decided to lease space in our newly redeveloped shopping center.
